About Our Founder

Kathy J. Broedlin, RN, CMC, CDP, has spent her entire career caring for the aging population. As a Registered Nurse, Aging Life Care® Specialist, and Certified Dementia Specialist, she has gained experience in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing, long-term care, acute care, home care, assisted living, memory careand hospice.

Ms. Broedlin has extensive knowledge of how to secure the appropriate care and environment for a person once independent living is no longer the best option. With this knowledge, Kathy can guide her clients and their families through the most important decisions about aging life care. To stay current with the latest trends in care for the aging population, Kathy maintains membership in the Aging Life Care Association and follows their strong Code of Ethics and Standard of Practice.

When she’s not working with her clients, Kathy enjoys traveling, golfing, working out, taking care of her parents, and watching football with her two sons and four grandsons.

It is like hiring a daughter!
